Capturing the beauty of Connecticut

Capturing the beauty of Connecticut

We love supporting the many authors, photographers and artists who have helped made t.e.l.l. New England come alive over the past few years. That's why we're proud to support Shannon Kalahan, who photographed beautiful Enders State Forest in our 7th installment.Check out her latest initiative below and help spread the word!

Connecticut may be a small state, but it has so much to offer photographers and it (unfortunately) often gets overlooked in favor of other New England heavy hitters like Acadia or Boston.  Now, don’t get me wrong…those places are great!  But Connecticut?  It has a little of everything - some scenic vistas, waterfalls, forests, active shorelines, historic barns and small working farms. If you’re looking for variety, charm and history then CT is the cat’s pajamas.

“Photography + Connecticut; The Nature and Landscape Mini Guide” is a casual, conversational e-book indexing some of my favorite places to shoot in the state. It’s meant to highlight the reasons that YOU…yes, YOU…should come visit…with a camera in hand.

As a limited time only offer, through the month of February, you can receive your free copy by signing up for our email address. The link to the PDF will appear in your inbox as part of our
welcome email.

Shannon Kalahan is a proud Connecticut resident, photographer, and runner of private photography classes who wants to bring more attention to the beautiful variety New England has to offer.  For more information about her work, visit her website www.seeingspotsphoto.com or email her at seespotsphoto@yahoo.com
