I had the opportunity to visit Powisset Farm on Saturday, a Trustees property that also is well known for it's CSA program.
Powisset has been operating as a CSA since 2007, growing year-after-year with their number of winter shares and summer shares. In addition to operating as a CSA, Powisset Farm opens their doors to the public 3 days per week with a farm stand. Additionally, they donate produce to five local hunger relief programs on a weekly basis.
What's not to love about that?
