Saturday Explorations

I've always been one for seeking new places and exploration. With so much to see and do in New England and beyond, it would be a shame to let certain places go undiscovered.

On Saturday I decided to explore the area just west of Boston. I've been in the area only a handful of times before but I knew it was going to be a perfect way to spend my morning. I woke up early and headed out towards Rocky Narrows & Noanet Woodlands. Shrouded in fog, the road winded through Wellesley, Dover & Sherborn, the wooded terrain giving way to wide-open farm lands dotted with horses and the occasional deer.

Saying this area is gorgeous would be an understatement. I quickly fell in love with it's farms, rolling fields, historical houses and conservation lands.

I should also note that all these photos were taken with my iphone. I had my camera with me, but decided against using it...sometimes you just have to leave it in the car. I feel like doing this forced me to immerse myself in my surroundings even more.

The purpose of life is to live it, to taste it, to experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience.
